As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our leadership team and ensuring long-term success, we're excited to introduce our new management structure at Focus.

Brendon has stepped into the role of General Manager. Having been with the company for several years, Brendon brings a wealth of experience from senior management positions across the food industry, pharmaceuticals, and other operational leadership roles. His strategic oversight and broad industry knowledge have already proven invaluable.

Joining us earlier this year, Mark takes on the role of Operations Manager. With over 25 years’ experience as a viticulturist, Mark adds deep sector expertise and a hands-on approach to leading our vineyard operations.

Kana, a long-standing team member, has transitioned into a new role focused on Office and Pastoral Care. Her strong understanding of our people and systems makes her a natural fit for supporting both administrative functions and staff wellbeing.

James, who has been with Focus for 13 years, continues to lead in his role as Pruning Foreman. His experience and commitment remain a key part of our seasonal operations.

This year, we also welcomed Kayla to the team as Assistant Office & Pastoral Care. With a background in administration at MSD and experience as a small business owner, Kayla brings valuable organisational and interpersonal skills to the role.

This new management structure has been thoughtfully designed to support the next phase of the business, while allowing founder Craig the opportunity to step back and enjoy a more balanced lifestyle. It’s been rewarding to see the team settle into their roles, bringing their unique strengths and energy to the company.

We’re excited about what lies ahead and confident this leadership team will continue driving the business forward with purpose and passion.
